Foundation "Camerata Con Cor(d)e" is the product of the musical enthusiasm of both insiders and outsiders. "Foundation" Camerata Con Cor(d)e is therefore an umbrella organisation for several ensembles: the Camerata Con Cor(d)e string ensemble, the Flanders Trumpet Quartet and smaller combinations based on the trumpet.
As a musician, the artistic director Alain Roelant has won his spurs all over the world. For years now he has been building his career as a soloist, conductor and initiator of various projects both nationally and internationally.
